Responsibilities
Looking for Asia Pacific Graduates (APGs) in the areas of:
Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing and Sales
The 24 month APGP offers valuable experiences and exposure for those who want to grow and enhance capabilities to the next level in the beverage industry. APGs will enjoy at least 2 rotations within Asia Pacific region spanning across countries in the Pacific like New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and New Caledonia to Asia like Japan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Myanmar and China.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (preferably a Masters) or graduating students who can start work by August 2016
- For Supply Chain Program, your degree needs to be in supply chain, science or engineering
- For Procurement Program, your degree needs to be in business, financial, commercial, economic, or technical discipline
- No more than 2 years of professional work experience in your chosen function (voluntary and internships do not count)
- Experience of working, studying, or volunteering outside your home country
- Speaks at least two (preferably three) languages in business fluency, one of which must be English
- Desire to live and work abroad (full mobility for rotation across Asia Pacific region is a must throughout the program)
- Posseses a genuine interest in other countries and cultures
- Proven leadership skills with drive to succeed
