Responsibilities
To get qualified in methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, you will work on real projects that will give you exposure across the full supply chain. As part of that, you will undertake roles such as Materials Resource Planning Controller, Supply Chain Designer or Master Scheduler. So you could find yourself taking responsibility for bringing in the right mix of materials at the right time. Equally, you could be creating logistics plans for our repair network or owning the journey of a vital part from one end of the value stream to the next. You will learn how to tackle bottlenecks, see how new products are put into production and develop an understanding of how everything we do is driven by our customers. All in all, it is an amazing way to gain a strategic overview of our business and see how different teams work together to deliver on an international scale.
Qualifications
- Graduates with a good level of numeracy and exceptional relationship management skills
- Academically, you will need a strong university record and you will either have or be on course for a second upper honours degree, or an equivalent qualification
- Inquisitive and resourceful
