Course Details
We follow “4+4+1=50”course design philosophy. You will attend 4 career workshops during 4 weekends, each lasting for 6 hours. They are delivered by banking professionals and HRs, and you will acquire all essential soft skills and hard skills to apply for banking jobs. During each week, BestTop will arrange 4 tutorial sessions to help you apply what you learnt into practices. After all workshops and tutorials, you will get chances to tour around Bloomberg Singapore office and attend professional aptitude test.

Mentors
Seng Yong
I started off as a graduate trainee with British Petroleum (BP) Singapore Pte. Ltd., Integrated Supply and Trading arm of the oil major in 2004, after graduating from NUS Business School. I was subsequently trained to work in the treasury department dealing with hedging and proprietary trading of mainly the FX market (also have mandate to deal with equities and interest rates futures). I left BP in 2015 and co-founded Clover Global Capital Pte. Ltd., proprietary trading financial instruments and also oil related products.
Allen
Allen has extensive experience in financial modeling in his current role in KPMG Advisory. He has previously worked in Deutsche Bank. He holds a Master Degree from Singapore Management University and Bachelor Degree from Northwest University of Politics and Law.
Austen
Austen has 8 years of working experience in banking and more than 6 years of HR career consulting experience in the Banking and Finance space. His previous working experience include private wealth management, relationship management and talent acquisition.
Matthew
Matthew has over 8 years experience in training and development, facilitation, coaching and leadership development, having worked at both Barclays and Morgan Stanley. In addition, he has a wealth of experience in reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, designing and developing graduate assessment centres and defining recruiting strategy. He has worked with C-Suite Executives, Middle Managers, Graduates and Universities in the UK and Singapore, including LBS, Oxford, NTU, SMU and NUS. He holds MBA from NUS.
