APCO’s consultants have extensive experience and relationships with the media, government and nongovernmental groups, which can be leveraged on behalf of clients. Our global team includes former business and policy leaders, journalists, government officials and advisors, who can provide customized solutions to promote and protect clients’ interests in the Southeast Asian region.
Responsibilities
The intern is responsible for supporting assigned staff on all projects. Specific responsibilities may include:
- Internet research with respect to:
- Political and economic analysis
- Issue analysis
- Industry analysis
- Company profile analysis
- Media monitoring
- Proposal writing
- Editing
- Writing research reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy or related.
- An understanding of regional economics and politics
- Excellent written and communications skills
- Ability to organize and multi–task on project requests
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as to work independently
- Self-motivated
- Professional demeanour
- Relevant professional or internship experience highly desirable
