Responsibilities
Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). Established since 1997, the program is structured to develop a pipeline of finance and business leaders through 2 years of training with cross-sector exposure.

- Varied functional assignments (ranging from Operations Accounting, Financial Reporting, Sales & Marketing Finance, Internal Audit)
- Develop strong foundation of leadership as well as technical accounting/finance skills

Business Plan and Forecast Updates/Sales Analytics

Qualifications
- Accountancy degree (2nd class Upper Hons degree and above)
- Financial or quantitative interest/competency
- Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- No work experience or < 2 years external work experience
