Responsibilities

Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP). Established since 1997, the program is structured to develop a pipeline of finance and business leaders through 2 years of training with cross-sector exposure.

The FLDP offers:

2 rotations in 2 years
Varied business and technical experience
Coaching and development
Exposure to senior leadership
Exposure to different business models (pharmaceuticals, consumer products, medical devices, corporate)
Varied functional assignments (ranging from Operations Accounting, Financial Reporting, Sales & Marketing Finance, Internal Audit)
Develop strong foundation of leadership as well as technical accounting/finance skills

Financial Closing process (Journal entries, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations)

Business Plan and Forecast Updates/Sales Analytics

Opportunities for presentations, cross-functional collaborations, and business partner support

Budget vs. Actual Analysis/Trending
Capital Budgeting and Decision-Making
Sarbanes Oxley Controls and Compliance/Audit
