Responsibilities
During the programme you will receive training both on & off the job, and will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced people. Our expectation and your challenge, is that upon completion of the programme, you will be making a confident and independent contribution to the Supply Chain Management function within Subsea 7. As a commercial graduate you will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance and support your progression. Your mentor will maintain regular contact providing direction to help you achieve targets and goals.

The programme presents our graduates with an induction period followed by training and work experience in a range of departments. The departments in this programme include Project Services, Sales and Marketing and Supply Chain Management.
Through on-the-job training you will develop key capabilities related to Contracts, Project Control, Supply Chain Management, Tendering and Business Development through rotations in each of the 3 functions.

Off-the-job training is organised in various Subsea 7 locations and provides the opportunity to gain deeper insights of some key aspects related to Commercial and Project Support functions. You will participate in project tasks to challenge your presentation and team building skills, and network with other Subsea 7 Commercial graduates.

Following successful completion of the programme you will join the Supply Chain Management department. From this starting point new career opportunities will be open to you within Subsea 7.

Qualifications
Applications are now sought from degree qualified candidates who are holding a Bachelor Degree preferably in business, management, law/legal studies, supply chain management or engineering with a related commercial subject who are committed to a career choice in the oil and gas industry and possess the following qualities:
