The Keppel Land Management Associate Programme is a 24-month programme to develop young talents for the organisation. The Programme, which comprises job rotations, core training and mentoring, is structured to equip the MA with the exposure, knowledge and networks to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel Land.
Responsibilities
You will go through 2 - 3 rotations typically during the first 6 months of the Programme. The rotations are designed to provide you with multiple perspectives of the customer, function and organisation. Over the next 18 months, you will be deployed to a unit depending on business needs and your career aspiration.

- Business Development
- Corporate Development
- Fund Management
- Investor Relations
- Marketing
- Project Management
- Property Management
- Safety
Qualifications
You may have what it takes to be a Keppel Land MA if you:
- Possess (or expect to graduate with) a 2nd Class Honours/ Cum laude degree in *related disciplines from a good university
- Have less than 2 years' work experience
- Have demonstrated leadership potential through involvement in co-curricular activities or personal interest groups
- Desire to excel in the real estate industry

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in a series of selection tests and interviews.
