Responsibilities
DBS Management Internship is a comprehensive and structured 10-week programme. Through the structured 10-week internship programme, our Management Interns will be given an opportunity to gain real-world commercial experience with real responsibilities and deliverables in business areas across our entire franchise. It is a valuable learning opportunity to understand more about our culture as well. Outstanding DBS interns will be considered and propelled ahead of their peers in the selection process for the Management Associate Program. Over the course of the 10-weeks, Management Interns will be given a holistic experience through the structured induction programme, personal effectiveness workshops, opportunity to work with other interns in a cross-functional project, networking sessions with senior management, project presentation on Graduation Day, and a Management Associate buddy to help assimilate into the organisation.
Qualifications
Full-time matriculated students in their penultimate year with a cumulative GPA of Second Upper Honors / Manga Cum Laude or above from any discipline in a reputable University/Institution.
Strong leadership qualities as exhibited in their Extra Curricular Activities.
Consistently pushed themselves to excel and have stepped out of their comfort zones.
Highly adaptable and possess strong interpersonal / communication skills.
