Responsibilities
Support the Marketing team, Healthcare in carrying all Marcom activities in for Singapore / ASEAN Pacific (ASP) cluster.
Support in scheduling and executing Healthcare Marcom activities covering internal and external communication channels including newsletters, HTML mailers, advertising, events and exhibitions.
Support the development of digital communication strategy for Siemens Healthcare sector
Work closely with stakeholders from Divisions/ BUs to develop content for Siemens Healthcare, related communication channels such as Customer Journals, Employee Newsletters , Cluster intranet
Responsible for arranging, scheduling appointments, meetings along with updating calendars and dairies.
Monitor events, project timelines and ensures that the deadlines are adhered to by corporate communications team.
Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reports and support requests for sponsorship.
Handle, prepare and record sponsorship requests and letters from individuals, government and private sectors.
Support in tender submission on ongoing projects

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous, possess initiative and a team player.
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months.
  • To be eligible for this position, applicants must possess a Valid Student Pass in Singapore or satisfy the Ministry of Manpower’s Work Holiday Pass (WHP) requirements.

Newsletter - BestTop X Curtin University - Portfolio Management Guest Lecture

Portfolio management, what’s it?

Portfolio management is the centralized management of one or more portfolios, which includes identifying, prioritizing, authorizing, managing, and controlling projects, programs and other related work to achieve specific strategic business objectives.

To help students understands more about practical portfolio management, Curtin University has worked with BestTop to honorably invite Mr Chong Qijia, Portfolio Manager with Bank Pictet & Cie (Asia) Ltd, to share with students some insights and daily operations of portfolio management as guest lecturer.



The guest lecture was held on Thursday, 7 January 2016 with a big group of enthusiastic audience from Portfolio Management class (Unit code: INVE3001) from Curtin! Through this special arrangement, the students took home with the real life examples and techniques of security analysis and learnt to apply concepts to the management of equity and fixed income security portfolios. It will certainly add colours to their interest in the subject!



Students have also been given a great opportunity to raise questions to Mr Chong at the end of this session. This marks the success of this event and on behalf of Curtin University and BestTop, we thank Bank Pictet & Cie (Asia) for supporting this event and Mr Chong for spending his valuable his time with the students!
