Responsibilities

This program offers a comprehensive and rigorous agenda that aims to develop future leaders by exposing the individuals to key areas of the company. The 12-month program consists of a rotation plan in various departments to provide opportunity to work and learn on exciting yet challenging assignments with various managers and different teams

Upon getting a full appreciation of business nature, the candidate will be placed into an appointment to a position within Sales and Service Department.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or candidates with no more than 2 years of experience working in similar/allied industries.

Able to communicate with all levels in a business type manner and present technical and product specification information.

Able to travel within Southeast Asia and to be based in Hanoi (to be confirmed) once the trainee program has ended.

Fluent in English

Preferred to have academic background in Mechanical/Electronic/Process/Argo Engineering knowledge
