The Bloomberg Global Data group offers a multitude of opportunities on the cutting edge of real-time information provision. They will also develop and utilize supply chain, business, and financial modeling tools. A large part of this role will be supporting supplier selection activities and being responsible for the day-to-day operations of large, moderately complex suppliers in several countries. This also involves partnering with suppliers in minor strategic development.

  • SmartLabor II deployment (this is a new labor tool deployed globally)
  • United States Public Sector contract Request For Pricing (RPF) implementation: select, implement, manage suppliers
  • Assist United Kingdom Ireland Region cluster management
  • vendor management system: SVAT, BPO request, spend report and analysis
  • Ad-hoc projects


Qualifications

  • Will have completed third year of Bachelor’s (or equivalent) degree preferably in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Management, General Business
  • Very strong English skills (both written and verbal)
  • Project management skills
  • Demonstrates influencing, and communication skills to drive effective outcomes
  • Effectively manages work using strong organization and attention to detail
  • Actively collaborates and applies strong interpersonal skills to achieve organizational strategies and objectives
  • Exercises personal authority, initiative, and ownership to deliver results in a virtual environment
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze market data
  • Drives individual results through a goal oriented approach with the ability to translate objectives into actions
