Changi Hospital was a former hospital located in Changi, Singapore. The hospital was previously known as Royal Air Force (RAF) Hospital and was merged with the Toa Payoh Hospital and renamed as the Changi General Hospital. After it was closed in 1997, it sat abandoned for over a decade.

Responsibilities               

• The Management Associate Scheme (MAS) is a 24-month program targeted at talented people who have a passion for healthcare and are keen to be groomed to become future management leaders in our organization. The Management Associate Scheme is made up of two broad stages: Core Rotation 
• 12 months Rotation among the Core Functional Departments
• (Relatively short stints across different core functions designed to provide a broad exposure across the institution) 
• Department Rotation 
• 12 months Rotation within the units of the Sponsoring Department
• (Comprehensive exposure to the various sections within the sponsored department/division)

Qualifications

• An Honours Degree from a recognized institution with up to two years of working experience
• Have a motivation, passion and drive to excel in the career of a healthcare administration leader 
• Have a self-driven, results-oriented mindset 
• Display a high level of adaptability, learning agility and resilience 
• Exhibit leadership potential, critical and analytical thinking 
• Able to think Out-of-the-Box, and be resourceful and creative 
• Articulate and able to present well both orally and in written communication
