BW's fleet of 150 vessels includes crude oil supertankers, refined oil tankers, LNG and LPG carriers, chemical tankers and floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units.
Responsibilities
Embark on a 2-year program that is designed to develop Management Associates (MA) through an accelerated and development programme to groom you into future Maritime leaders. You will be rotated across selected departments/teams to gain broad-based exposure and insight into BW’s business.
You will undertake progressively challenging projects and spearhead new initiatives under the mentorship of assigned coaches – line managers and heads of departments. At the end of each rotation, you will present and share your learnings and recommend improvements to business processes (if any) to your coaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, specializing in the Maritime Economics Concentration or Finance/Accountancy
- No prior working experience required
- Keen interest and a strong desire to develop a long term career in the Maritime industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Enthusiastic, strong integrity, self-motivated and able to multi-task
