Responsibilities
The Industrial Attachment Program is a 6 month regional program designed to provide interns with a unique opportunity to gain an extended exposure to life at BAML and also make significant contributions to the Technology and Operations team with which they are placed. The Industrial Attachment Program begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. Industrial Attachment interns are given a true associate experience, as internships mirror full-time positions and include goal-setting and a formal review process.

Plan & execute risk programs with APAC Global Technology & Operations Department
Review & analyze data and information
Support in production of risk reports
Support the production of dashboards and reports to facilitate decision making
Creating and maintaining monthly dashboard, spend reports and Vendor Masterlist
Reviewing and analyzing the vendor’s spend data
Assisting the vendor managers in completing the vendor management program deliverables

Qualifications
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office especially with Excel (data formulas, pivot tables and scripting) and PowerPoint
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English, with an emphasis on strong business writing skills.
  • Being adaptable to the changing demands and requirements of team deliverables and timelines
  • Strong team player and stakeholder focused
  • Demonstrate energy and drive to complete quality deliverables on time
  • Undergraduate/master student enrolled in a University
  • Outstanding academic achievement
  • Preference for a major in computer engineering, computer science, information systems or related area
