Responsibilities
  • Planning and conducting research to aid the development of standard engineering assignments.
  • Under limited supervision, developing and implementing new product production methods.
  • Developing and implementing new or improved production methods.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements in the production process.
  • Assisting technical manufacturing support teams in testing new applications and problem solving.
  • Handling special projects, as assigned.
  • Absolutely, following all safety guidelines.
  • Performing other duties as directed. 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering,  Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering Technology
  • Good communication skills, safety oriented and a team player
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills. Basic project management skills
  • Sound working knowledge of principles, concepts, theories, and/or practices of applicable discipline.
