Responsibilities
Project Management: You will closely work with senior project managers (who are internally and externally certified in the project management competency) to learn industry standards. Initial on-boarding and on-going coaching will be given.

Business process transformation: As you work closely with the Sales Department and distributor partners, Store owners and shoppers, you will learn how this team uses technology to transform business processes to create value for P&G (cost/productivity/market share/sales etc.,). You will not only implement a new IT tool, but you are expected to deeply understand their business processes.

Technology/Supplier Management: Work with technical experts around the world (both within P&G & external suppliers) on understanding and applying the right solution to the right problem. Develop a collaborative and healthy relationship with P&G's external suppliers of technology and services to create maximum benefits on both sides of the partnership.
