Responsibilities
- Support in request for quotation activities
- Follow up with suppliers on registration at click4 supplier portal
- Assist commercial team to monitor and follow up delivery status of purchased items
- Update of preferred supplier list
- Filling of quotations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, possess initiative and a team player.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months.
- To be eligible for this position, applicants must possess a Valid Student Pass in Singapore or satisfy the Ministry of Manpower’s Work Holiday Pass (WHP) requirements.
