Responsibilities

• Website update
• Sponsors page to update: Sponsor logos (of necessary formats), Company profile, hyperlink, and Venue page
• Sponsor contracts handling: Request logos and company profiles from new sponsors
• Pre event: Generate pre-registration list from CRM under manager's supervision, send out to sponsors on behalf of manager
• Supplier management: Liaise with vendors for stationery, Negotiate for prices and Source for new vendors
• Event materials preparation: Under manager's supervision, pack and check all materials are ready
• Post event: Upload all speaker presentations for distribution on the website.
• Sponsors communications: Under supervision of Manager to support sponsor communications for Melbourne and Singapore event. 

Qualifications

• Internship period: three months, Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM (with an hour lunch break)
• Think through hard problems, and work with a team to make them reality
• Degree or Technical equivalent
