Bright young talents are given a global perspective and the opportunity to gain deep expertise in a chosen functional area.

The program is divided into 3 to 4 assignments of which at least one is planned outside your home country. Each assignment takes place at a location of strategic importance to Barry Callebaut. You will be challenged to deliver your best and to hone your expertise by learning the different aspects of your functional area within Barry Callebaut. Depending on your project, you may also get the opportunity to co-operate with other functional areas.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (max 24 months since graduation date) from a university with at least a Bachelor’s degree? (Master’s degree preferred)
• Have an international outlook and prior international experience (preferably at least 6 months)
• Have a global mindset and wish to work in different continents
• Fluent in English and in a second language
• Have an excellent academic record
• Have outstanding communication skills, intercultural experience, and the desire to work in a team experience (such as an internship)
