Responsibilities

ADSC interns collaborate closely with a variety of researchers, from on-site ADSC graduate students and postdoctorates to faculty and external collaborators. Many of ADSC's interns become co-authors on project publications and most ADSC undergraduate interns go on to prestigious graduate programs.

Qualifications
For Undergraduates and Masters Students: ADSC is particularly interested in third or fourth year (honors) undergraduates or Masters students from local, as well as overseas, universities. For students from overseas, three-month internships are available under the Singapore International Pre-Graduate Awards (SIPGA) during any part of the year. Interns can earn generous monthly stipends and ADSC assists with airfare, accommodations, bench fees and other allowances.

For Ph.D. Students: Local and overseas Ph.D. students are welcome to apply for internships. International Ph.D. candidates who can be available for longer periods of time can be supported under the A*STAR Research Attachment Programme (ARAP). Under the program, Ph.D. students from overseas universities may spend one to two years at ADSC under joint supervision of ADSC, the A*STAR Research Institute and the students' home university.
