Responsibilities
Research, analyze and rate the ESG performance of publicly-traded companies (including Chinese and Japanese), and prepare profiles to be published in the Sustainalytics Platform.
Support the preparation of off-the-shelf and customized deliverables for clients.
Participate in other client-focused or internal projects for Sustainalytics, as required.

Qualifications
  • Under)graduate degree in related discipline (business, finance, environment and/or social sciences)
  • Workforce ready (i.e. not enrolled in a full-time postgraduate program)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry and SRI/RI market
  • Written and spoken English language skills
  • Native or fluent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and/or Japanese language skills

Responsibilities
Position 1 : Intern (Finance)
AP functions: You will help to process invoices including data entry of invoices into SAP. You will also need to verify supporting documents for payments. You may also be required to liaise with divisions for any queries raised.
Audit schedules: You will assist in preparing payment related audit schedules, e.g. GRIR Schedule, Prepayments.

Position 2 : Intern (Admin)
You will help to revamp Finance & Administration intranet. You will also be involved in PIF project on common office expenditure.

Position 3: Intern (Policy and Promotion) - International Policy A
You will develop an electronic method to tag QS Alerts archives to allow their contents to be searchable (through DRM). Also, you will develop a searchable repository of communications and decisions for ASEAN and APEC work; and propose a system for its maintenance. Moreover, you will and make suggestions to improve the Wiki - DRM write-up on the various initiatives under the department, as well as to review and improve the DRM content management and folder setup within DRM.

Position 4 : Intern (Policy and Promotion) - International Policy B
You will review changes in food regulations and update the Food database in the ETAC website. You will assist in developing the medical device regulation database through desktop research for selected key markets.

Position 5 : Intern (Policy and Promotion) - Promotion
You will assist in data collection for the targeted industry sector outcome studies and its presentation thereafter. Also, you will develop and complete case studies for the QS made Easy portal, about 4-5 articles based on the outcome studies research. 

Qualifications
Position 1 : Intern (Finance)
You should be proficient with MS Office applications. Effective interpersonal and analytical skills, good verbal and written communication abilities. Candidates with Accountancy / Finance disciplines are preferred.

Position 2 : Intern (Admin)
Good IT knowledge, proficient in MS Sharepoint.

Position 3 : Intern (Policy and Promotion) - International Policy A
Good e-document management skill, meticulous and have some IT understanding.(i.e. DRM or the Document Repository Management System) Candidates with Business and Administration disciplines are preferred.

Position 4 : Intern (Policy and Promotion) - International Policy B
Resourcefulness in search for online information, some knowledge / basic understanding on technical regulations. Candidates with Science (Food science, Chemistry or Life Sciences) disciplines are preferred.

Position 5 : Intern (Policy and Promotion) - Promotion
You should possess good writting skills and good IT knowledge. Candidates with Engineering / Business disciplines are preferred.
